About Cloudburst Creative

My name is Colleen Lenahansen, owner and designer behind Cloudburst Creative. I was inspired to create my business after working in the nonprofit sector for seven years and seeing how organizations with limited budgets struggle with design and marketing work. I wanted to provide an affordable, small-scale alternative to large creative firms for businesses and nonprofits who have limited resources to spend but still want to present a polished, professional image to their audience.

I am a creative problem solver. I fell in love with design as a way to visually convey ideas with simple elegance and deep meaning. For me, the creative process can be like a cloudburst: an explosion of inspiration out of nowhere from the most unexpected places.

I have over 10 years of experience designing marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and most recently, websites. I hold certificates in Web Design and in Graphic Design from Bellevue College.

I am innately curious, so if there’s something you’re looking for that I haven’t tried yet, I’m always willing to expand my portfolio of services! I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals.
